Full paper guidelines

Important information

All papers must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the conference.

The papers which are presented during EUCASS are included in the open proceedings of the congress and given a DOI but they are not considered as publications as they are not peer-reviewed.

We will suggest a couple of Peer-Reviewed Journals which can potentially welcome the submissions of the best papers.

Full paper guidelines

  • LENGTH: 6 to 15 pages maximum
  • FILE TYPE: The required file is PDF (Must not exceed 5Mb in size.)
  • FONTS: Times New Roman or equivalent; all fonts must be embedded in the PDF

Full paper sumbission

Full papers (oral and poster) will have to be uploaded on the website to be included into the proceedings.

You have to be registered to have access to the button “Upload full paper” in your personal account.

  • Log into your account by clicking HERE
  • Make sure you are registered to the conference
  • Click on the button “Upload Full Paper“

Beware: a classical rule of “no paper – no show” is applied: if the paper is not available before the beginning of the session, the presentation will be cancelled and the paper will not be included in the Proceedings. We also apply the classical rule “no show – no proceedings”.
DOI # will be assigned after the conference.
