Registration Fees
All speakers must properly register for the conference.

PLEASE NOTE, the full registration fees include:
- presentation of two papers maximum,
- access to the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, the Get Together Party on Monday evening and the Gala Dinner
- coffee breaks and lunches over four days
* The registration fee “without Gala Dinner” is the same as the full registration except that it does not include the access to the Gala Dinner
Important information for reduced fees
Student
If you wish to benefit from this reduced registration fee, you have to send a proof of your status (e.g. copy of a valid student card or your professor’s letter) to contact@eucass2025.eu
Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to this reduced registration fees.
VAT considerations
If you have an Italian VAT number you must indicate such number when registering and you have to pay the amount without VAT.
You will receive a registration confirmation email along with your invoice when your payment has been received and/or your Italian VAT number provided has been validated. The invoice will indicate your VAT number and the mention “Reverse charge”.
If you have a VAT number from any other country than Italy, you also must indicate it and pay the amount VAT included.
Please make sure you typed in a valid VAT number while registering, in case of any doubt please check on the official European Commission website.

Accepted credit cards are VISA®, Eurocard® and Mastercard®
During the online payment, you will be connected to the PAYBOX website.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
Cheque
Additional administrative charges: 20 € VAT excl. or 24,40 € VAT incl.
Cheque payable in France
Bank transfer
Additional administrative charges: 20 € VAT excl. or 24,40 € VAT incl.
You are responsible for ALL bank fees.
The bank details will be mentioned on the pro-forma invoice sent by email after your registration.
NB: Please indicate the name of the people registered (or the invoicing references).
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be sent by email to contact@eucass2025.eu
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- 50% of the registration fees for cancellations received before 30th May 2025
- 100% of the registration fees for cancellations received after 30th May 2025
